We were looking to create a portfolio of highly liquid small properties in the center of Athens, that would be used for STR but can be flipped in case the investor's situation changed.
The client acquired 4 hand-picked properties from 25 m2 to 55 m2 in the most attractive ares of the city center, having in mind the development plan of the Athens subway. Projected EBITDA: 50.000 euros.
Budget: 300.000 euros.
