The site is located in the western part of Thessaloniki, at the entrance to the city from the port side, between the streets on October 26, Minotaurou and N. Uranou, opposite the 6th port pier and the Porto Palace Hotel. The plot has a square shape. It can be used for construction of a hospitality project, logistics infrastructure or an office building.

Entry from 26th October Street to the basement via a platform.
Exit onto Uranu Street along the site's southern edge.
